While I'm surfing a forum when i came across this thread recommending about this short film. After watching it, I found it quite interesting and like to share with you guys.
I'm not a film critic. But in my point of view, I feel that it shows us that sometimes we walk around aimlessly. There's no motivation in life until you find a goal or something that you look forward to everyday. Perhaps LovE. There's where the attitude changes.
Interestingly, there is no verbal communication between the pair. They just communicate over a street using paper and marker.
"SIGNS", the title of this video, shows that all we need is a sign to know where to look for. A sign for the guy to find his love which is at the opposite building.
I think I'm slowly fond of short film...
This film is actually part of a promotion of Schweppes.

LifE: YES I'm becoming more STRESS soon...
I happen to come across this news on the yahoo.com.sg. And I say, "wow... this is something I need it now". So now let's me share with everyone who miss this topic on the yahoo.
- Be a better breather. "When you make a conscious effort to breathe deeper, it naturally brings your body back to a more relaxed state," explains Frederic Luskin, Ph.D., author of Stress Free for Good. Place your hand on your stomach and watch it rise as you inhale for a count of 3 or 4; hold your breath for the same count, and then exhale for as long as comfortable and watch your belly fall. - I personally believe this work. Do it slowly and a few times. It will calm u down. ;)
- Look forward to something. Each morning, think about one little, enjoyable thing you plan to do that day (the crossword puzzle) and one bigger pleasure on the horizon (your trip to the mountains). This ritual trains your brain to focus away from what can go wrong that day. -It's like a rewarding system. Let's try..! Tml i shall finish running/walking the 6km! Exercise definately release my stress.
- Make a small change to your routine. "If you cultivate even a little bit of surprise in your life, it helps keep your cognitive responses flexible and helps you handle whatever life throws your way." Take a new cardio class or pick a cuisine you've never tried. - I totally like this idea. Doing something new everyday. Exploring something new. Cause you'll never know what is awaiting for you. ;)
- Convert Monday into Funday. The flip side to TGIF is OMGIM: Oh, my God, it's Monday! In fact, more heart attacks occur on Mondays than on any other day. Schedule a weekly lunch with a friend or take a class you love on Mondays so you'll look forward to the start of the week, Dr. Wheeler advises. - This is like a change in mentality. I like it too...but it's hard to change sometimes. No wonder I like to go town during weekdays. Haha.
- Come home 15 minutes late. After work, walk home or listen to music at a pretty scenic spot before you burst through your front door. "Don't look at it as a waste of time," Dr. Wheeler says. "It's an important way of decompressing and transitioning back to home life." - Hmm... I like to go back straight to home. There isn't much scenary around my neighbourhood, except in my house.

The rest will be my opinion...wahaha. - Use aroma. I believe some scent will calm people down and make you more relax. I think i haven't used it for a long time...
- Play Soft Music. I like to do this a lot. Especially piano pieces make me feel peace. haha.
- Catch some beautiful scenaries. Like Sunset, sunrise, beaches, or even the night skyline. If i happen to be at the beach during a beautiful sunset or the night under the thousand stars, my mood will be superb high. It makes your mind wider up a lot. I love the sun, the sand and the sea. I'm dying to go to the beach...
- Do your favourite hobbies like exercising and ktving!. Doing your favourite stuffs make you happy. Exercise definitely can relieve stress..! It makes you tired and easier to fall asleep at night. Therefore you will have better rest.

- PaRtY! : Don't worry, be silly. People who make time for close pals tend to have lower levels of cortisol and other stress hormones. (Yeah! I did it last wk at Kf's bday!)
- Primp! : Psychologists say looking good gives you a sense of control. (OkaY, I will try to do it everyday!)
- Dance! : Moving in relation to one another fosters empathy, which lowers anxiety, report dance therapists. Boogie with a buddy. ( Hmm...i didn't do it for a long time. Perhap i should start learning dancing! Or can someone bring me to clubbing..?! LOL)
- Drink! : Knocking one back can blow off steam and act as a mild sedative. So toast but don't get toasted: Chronic drinking can increase anxiety. (Yeah, having chronic drinking during Kf's bday and Liverpool vs Man U match last wk. Ha..!)
- Indulge! : Fatty, sugary treats quell stress hormones, a study from the University of California at San Francisco finds. Nosh on a bit of naughty food sans guilt. (YesH, I had 'topless five' at swensen's! Everyone, let's go again!)
So afterall, I had a de-stressing last week. I think I need it more for the coming weeks... Really... ;)

Discover the NEW fishes
Recently, there are discovery from under the sea.
A new "psychedelic" fish is discovered. Look at the video from the link..! It's cute! The white-yellow strip bands on the face can let the creature camouflage well among the corals. I think it looks like a lion, though it is not a lion fish yet related to frogfish. It has fins (Feet-lookalike structure) that can hold on to its position.
Check it out:

Another discovery is this weird Fish With Transparent Head. It's a Pacific barreleye fish. It is just so awesome..! Transparent head?! It's eyes are inside the transparent dome. And it was filmed alive. Most of the creature living deep under the ocean have very special features. Maybe it is to adapt to the dark cool environment they are in.
Look at the video:

Deep in the ocean, there are a lot more creatures for us to discover. Human are just too small on this world. I hope to go on another diving trip soon but doubt so for this year.
